Menu Plan for the Week of Sept 21st
Menu Plan Monday

I’m sorry this post is late again! I can’t seem to get my Monday’s under control. Monday seems to be a day that nothing blog related can get done. I will get the hang of this being home all day without kids thing!

On a different note, I started a 10 day whole foods detox with Our Natural Connection. Yesterday (Monday) was day one. The food was delish but a bit different from what I’m used to. I had two smoothies which I usually don’t do. I want to be a smoothie person but I find it hard to drink my meals, at least not on a daily basis. Hopefully this detox will help me to enjoy smoothies more often. Watch for my wrap up post next week and also follow along on Instagram where I’ll be posting pics of my food.

As for our menu for the week it’s a little funky because the family will be joining me on some of the meals and I don’t know what I’ll be eating for Saturday and Sunday yet.

Monday – Pizza Pasta(Kids)/Zucchini Noodles with Garlic Sauce and Arugula and Avocado Salad
Tuesday – Salmon/Sole, Mashed Cauliflower, Steamed Greens and rice for the kids
Wednesday – Baked Chicken Thighs, Sweet Potatoe, Veggie(kids)/Chicken Breast Mediterannean Salad with Arugula
Thursday – Pad Thai/Kale and Navy Bean Soup (me)
Friday – Tacos/Bean Burgers & Spinach and Roasted Garlic Salad
Saturday – BBQ
Sunday – Pizza
