Last week seemed to just take all my “spare” time. No one was sick, we had no appointments, but for some reason everything blog related got pushed aside and I lost track of a lot of days. Might be because Monday was a holiday for the kids and that produced a shortened week for me. Not sure.
This week is more of the same, accept our nightly walks are being put on hold because of the weather. We’re expecting rain all week, so that means I have to find something else to exhaust the kids so they continue to sleep until almost 7am instead of almost 6am. I’ve gotten used to them sleeping later and I don’t want to mess that up!
This Sunday is also my husbands birthday, so I’m going to plunk in Pizza for dinner but we may end up doing something else when/if he decides what he wants. If the weather is nice we might BBQ some steaks or something. But we’ll have to see.

Monday – Vegetable Pad Thai (thus far the closest we’ve come to what we consider to be good Pad Thai)
Tuesday – Sesame Garlic Chicken
Wednesday – Roasted Brussel Sprouts Pasta
Thursday – Balsamic Pork Loin
Friday – Burrito Bowls
Saturday – BBQ Burgers (this is carried forward from last week, we ended up being out too late in the day to make buns and patties, so I ended up making a cheater Korean Beef which was amazing!)
Sunday – Pizza
