As I type this five of the six of us are sick. Sore throats, headaches, fevers, and achy bodies. The only one not sick is the youngest lol. Still today I managed to make bread, granola for breakfasts for the week and two pumpkin loaves for lunches. Then I ran out of energy, so I sat with my oldest and my husband to watch the first Anne of Green Gables movie, seriously one of my favourite movies of all time. So glad I can finally share it with my daughter.
So here is the plan for this week:
Monday – Grilled Chicken with Roasted Veggies
Tuesday – Healthier Sloppy Joes (a friend of mine tried this with her picky kids and they loved it! Should go over well here.)
Wednesday – Spinach and Quinoa Casserole
Thursday – Spinach Quiche
Friday – Turkey and Green Bean Casserole
Saturday – Spaghetti and Black Bean Meatballs (this is a recipe I found on Pinterest, I hope it’s good 😉 )
Sunday – Pizza
